IML system for plastic garden furniture

Customer requests a complete system to apply labels on plastic chairs, with an overall cycle time of 70 seconds per piece.
The system consists of: an injection moulding machine, a cartesian DMG4 robot with 5 electrical axes, an IML label storage and an End-Of-Arm tool to pick chairs from the moulding machine.
DMG4 5E robot performs labelling on both side of the chair backrest.
Dal Maschio IML products were also employed for plastic tables, pots, and deckchairs labelling.
